Dear Sponsor, 

The Ravena Coeymans Historical Society is now celebrating our second decade of preserving and exhibiting artifacts and documents that illustrate the history of the Coeymans and Ravena area.  Our December open house and opening of our new exhibit "Schools In our Community" was a big success with many people attending.  This exhibit was one of the largest we have done and could have only been accomplished with the support of our local business supporters.   Local businesses are also an important part of our local history and preservation efforts. 

Once again we are asking for your financial support for our upcoming year, which provides the society with the funds needed for new exhibits and the preservation of the historical artifacts.  As inventory grows, so does the cost of preservation and archiving. Special materials must be used to ensure that the items are protected from deterioration. Unfortunately these supplies are very costly. We are reaching out for help in supporting us with our “Sponsoring Our History” program. Your financial contribution to our Society will ensure that the residents of the Town of Coeymans and Village of Ravena will continue to have a historical society dedicated to the preservation of historical material relating to the local area.
